Turn right (north) out of the Rexburg CAL Ranch parking lot.  Continue past Walmart, through Salem, and over the Henry's Fork of the Snake Rive, then left on East 400 North.  Continue on that road until you leave farm land and enter BLM land.  You will turn left just into BLM.

You can park off the road at the trail head ,but be careful to stay out of the really sandy areas.  If you are going to park by the road, make sure you pull fully off the road.
